x-marx “on the dole” junket

On Saturday, I went to the X-marx “Food on the Dole” Junket with guest chef Hugh Amano (author of a blog by the same name).  Amano and X-marx head chef Abe Conlon cooked up 8 courses of hobo inspired dishes bringing “broke cuisine to haute cuisine”.  It was phenomenal.
