If you haven’t yet discovered Marc Maron’s WTF Podcast, you need to check it out. It’s a bi-weekly podcast, recorded in Maron’s garage, in which he interviews well known (and not-so-well-known) comedians. Past interviewees have included Zach Galifianakis, Seth Meyers, Ben Stiller, Nick Swardson, Amy Pohler and Louis C.K.. And these interviews are anything but your run of the mill question & answer dances. Maron gets into deeply personal discussions with his guests and I always learn at least a dozen new, and extremely interesting, things about them. I highly recommend checking it out (with the disclaimer that the first part of the podcast, before his guest comes on, is usually a bit boring — don’t fret, just get to the interview and you won’t regret it).
I have a minor obsession with decorating, which, combined with my major obsession with pinning, leads to numerous great house ware & furniture finds. It does not, however, lead to the cash to purchase them. Until that day comes, I’m content with lusting after them online. Here are a few of my recent faves…
How sleek is this Koostik Mini Koo iPhone speaker? It uses natural amplification and requires absolutely no power to operate. Which, along with it’s small size, make it perfect for travel or for playing music in any room of the house. Swoon.
B dies for these ham & egg cups. I’m not the biggest ham fan so I usually just go with egg and cheese on mine. Or, if I have other filler ingredients, such as spinach & cherry tomatos or brie & apples, I’ll go with that instead. Regardless of what I use, they always turn out super delish and they’re surprisingly easy to make.
Check out this purse by Christian Louboutin. I think it might just be the coolest purse strap ever… Want.
Happy Friday! And happy Halloween weekend!! I just finished my SBTRKT mask last night and can’t wait to wear it to a Halloween party tonight and a concert tomorrow. (Pictures to come…) What will you be dressing up as?
