Hope you’re all having a great weekend! Mine has been the perfect mix of productivity and relaxation. I’ve cleaned house, finished the laundry, submitted my taxes and finished week one of C25K. And on the more enjoyable side, we had brunch at Toast, played some cards, watched the Portlandia season finale and read one of the few papers I enjoy – the NYTs Sunday edition.
And this morning B made me a spin on the normal egg breakfast – he cooked them in onion slices! The onion flavor (and crunch) made them extra yummy. You could use this idea with red pepper slices as well.
